For the first time since my illness I can say the pain in my spine is subsiding. I am able to sit and stand with strength and freedom of pain, and I can bend over to observe student progress when needed. I believe this helps me to be a more effective teacher. Our trainer has encouraged us to get moving after many a long and tiring day. Several of us at Fuerte have been looking for a trainer to come onto campus for several years now, but we hadn’t found someone we could afford, until Sean came along. I’d invite you to come join us, and experience the satisfaction that we get from working out.
Thank you,
