I have to be honest and say I was a bit intimidated by the word, “Bootcamp” but after a month with Sean I am a convert! The exercise is varied and fun, with a great mix of strength, core training and cardio.
- I would encourage everyone to give Bootcamp a try. Sean can scale the exercises up or down to meet your level. He is very positive and involved with students to ensure we are using correct technique and posture. His professional training really shows in his teaching style and knowledge of the body.
